Sarah Karakaian
Sarah Karakaian is a licensed Realtor, Educator, and Content Creator known for her expertise in the short-term rental market. Her real estate journey began in 2010 when she bought a property in NYC for $475K and sold it as a successful operating short-term rental for $875K in 2014. This early success was well-documented on Instagram, which caught the eye of HGTV and led her to Beach Flip, where she flipped a vacation rental in Gulf Shores, Alabama over eight episodes.
While continuing to expand her own portfolio of short-term rentals, Sarah began managing STRs for other owners in 2015, using her skills to enhance their operations and profitability. Her deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to co-found Thanks For Visiting in 2019. The platform includes a #1 ranked podcast with over 3 million downloads, a YouTube channel, and a strong Instagram presence, creating a community of hundreds of thousands of hosts worldwide who learn how to acquire and manage profitable STRs. Sarah is currently developing a 134-acre resort glamping site in Hocking Hills, further diversifying her portfolio in the hospitality sector. When not managing & optimizing short-term rentals, she enjoys endless cups of coffee and spending time with her husband and rescue dogs, Flip and Reno.
Brittney Olvera
With over 9 years of experience in property management, Brittney brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Styer Hospitality Co. Passionate about creating seamless and elevated guest experiences, Brittney is committed her role as Property Coordinator and ensuring exceptional stays through her attention to detail and customer-first mindset.
Currently in the process of obtaining her real estate license, she is eager to expand her professional horizons with Styer Hospitality Co. and Styer Real Estate Professionals to offer clients an even more comprehensive range of services. Brittney's commitment to guest and client satisfaction make her a trusted leader in the property management and short/mid term rental field. Outside of work, Brittney enjoys working on her bakery business, anything outdoorsy, and spending quality time with her animals.
Ireland Hamilton
As a Property Inspector for Styer Hospitality Co., Ireland ensures that properties are guest-ready by conducting thorough inspections and providing recommendations for improvement. With a passion for content creation, she also helps manage the company’s social media platforms, showcasing the unique experiences Styer Hospitality Co. offers.
Ireland’s long-term goal is to open and manage her own Airbnb, combining her expertise in property management with her love for hospitality. Outside of work, she can often be found brainstorming ideas for her future business or exploring new travel destinations.
Colleen Prochaska
Colleen Prochaska has over 10 years of hospitality experience as a hotel General Manager with Marriott and Hilton brands, along with 5 years of experience supporting short-term rentals. With a team of 500+ employees, she has consistently driven operational and financial successes. Colleen is passionate about delivering seamless guest experiences through 5-star hospitality. With extensive expertise in revenue management and forecasting, she is dedicated to helping hosts dissect their top-line revenue and isolate opportunities to earn more, ensuring both operational success and increased profitability for short-term rental businesses.
Cameron Kahle
Cameron Kahle is a dedicated Guest Service Agent at Styer Hospitality Co., bringing over seven years of experience in remote guest support. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service, she ensures seamless communication, prompt assistance, and personalized touches that elevate each guest's stay.
Specializing in nights and weekends, Cameron plays a crucial role in providing attentive service during peak guest interaction hours. Her ability to anticipate needs and create a warm, welcoming experience sets her apart.
