As a Columbus native, he knows the ins and outs of Central Ohio neighborhoods and uses his experience to help clients find the perfect property at the right price.
Meanwhile, Sara handles the behind-the-scenes magic. With her background in data analysis, design, and hospitality management, she takes care of everything from financials to daily operations. Sara’s attention to detail ensures that every property, guest, and owner is well cared for, making the business run smoothly and successfully.

Sarah Karakaian
Sarah Karakaian is a licensed Realtor, Educator, and Content Creator known for her expertise in the short-term rental market. Her real estate journey began in 2010 when she bought a property in NYC for $475K and sold it as a successful operating short-term rental for $875K in 2014. This early success was well-documented on Instagram, which caught the eye of HGTV and led her to Beach Flip, where she flipped a vacation rental in Gulf Shores, Alabama over eight episodes.
While continuing to expand her own portfolio of short-term rentals, Sarah began managing STRs for other owners in 2015, using her skills to enhance their operations and profitability. Her deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to co-found Thanks For Visiting in 2019. The platform includes a #1 ranked podcast with over 3 million downloads, a YouTube channel, and a strong Instagram presence, creating a community of hundreds of thousands of hosts worldwide who learn how to acquire and manage profitable STRs. Sarah is currently developing a 134-acre resort glamping site in Hocking Hills, further diversifying her portfolio in the hospitality sector. When not managing & optimizing short-term rentals, she enjoys endless cups of coffee and spending time with her husband and rescue dogs, Flip and Reno.
Ireland Hamilton
As a Property Inspector for Styer Hospitality Co., Ireland ensures that properties are guest-ready by conducting thorough inspections and providing recommendations for improvement. With a passion for content creation, she also helps manage the company’s social media platforms, showcasing the unique experiences Styer Hospitality Co. offers.
Ireland’s long-term goal is to open and manage her own Airbnb, combining her expertise in property management with her love for hospitality. Outside of work, she can often be found brainstorming ideas for her future business or exploring new travel destinations.
Joni Padilla
Joni specializes in helping with the day-to-day operations of Styer Hospitality Co. She handles a wide range of tasks, from helping with the books, coordinating reservations, to communicating with property owners. Joni also takes care of our property management websites, making sure all listings, bookings, and client information are accurate and up-to-date.
Outside of work, Joni enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, attending yoga classes, and taking trips to relax and recharge.
