This early success was well-documented on Instagram, which caught the eye of HGTV and led her to Beach Flip, where she flipped a vacation rental in Gulf Shores, Alabama over eight episodes. While continuing to expand her own portfolio of short-term rentals, Sarah began managing STRs for other owners in 2015, using her skills to enhance their operations and profitability. Her deep industry knowledge and entrepreneurial spirit inspired her to co-found Thanks For Visiting in 2019. The platform includes a #1 ranked podcast with over 3 million downloads, a YouTube channel, and a strong Instagram presence, creating a community of hundreds of thousands of hosts worldwide who learn how to acquire and manage profitable STRs. Sarah is currently developing a 134-acre resort glamping site in Hocking Hills, further diversifying her portfolio in the hospitality sector.
