As a CPA with a master’s in Accounting, I ensure my clients understand the tax advantages that come with real estate, helping them maximize their returns and build lasting wealth.
My journey in real estate began in San Diego, CA, but I relocated to Columbus, OH, after recognizing the incredible opportunities in this dynamic, fast-growing market. Since then, I’ve built my own portfolio of duplexes, managed extensive renovations to boost property value, and gained hands-on experience with managing long-term and mid-term rentals. Along the way, I’ve developed a trusted network of contractors, lenders, and industry professionals—resources I’m always happy to share with my clients.
Beyond real estate, I love exploring everything Columbus has to offer. Fall is my favorite season—there’s nothing like the vibrant reds, oranges, and yellows of the trees as the city comes alive. You’ll often find me walking along the Scioto Mile or enjoying pastries in German Village. When it’s time to unwind, catching live jazz at The Ginger Rabbit is my go-to.
