Hello! I am Payton Haight. Originally from Central Illinois, I first moved to Columbus in 2012 and was immediately drawn to its unique culinary scene and the wide variety of activities offered. I am now proud to call Columbus home with my wife and growing family. Prior to real estate, I worked as a mechanical engineer in the automotive industry for 12 years which now serves as a strong foundation for deal analysis and problem-solving.

My passion for real estate began in 2019 with an unexpected 'live-in flip' – an experience that sparked my journey into building a successful portfolio of self-managed single-family and small multifamily rentals across the Midwest.
